OCC Laugh It Up Challenge

Hello OCC friends! You all have been rockin' our challenges week after week - we love when you play along with us!

A big thanks to our August host Dawn Easton. Today, we introduce our September host, Amy Sheffer. Before we get to her challenge, we have to let you in on a little secret. Amy is celebrating a birthday this week, and it's a big one - FORTY. We keep telling her it's just a number and that we're only as old as we feel. All she says is "rubbish." Hmmm ... taking it a little poorly, Amy?

Her challenge for us is to make a humorous card. (We think she's counting on everyone to keep her laughing instead of crying this week!) You can use a funny sentiment or image or find a creative, humorous way to use your stamps. Have fun with this one! If you don't have anything humorous, just choose a cute image or sentiment instead. Anything that makes you smile will make us smile too! When you're ready to play along just upload your project to your blog or gallery, then leave us a link here, so we can check it out. What would a birthday be without presents? Next Friday at noon EST, we'll be choosing one random participant to receive a JustRite DIY Monogram Stamper Kit - Special Occasions Font. This little kit, made by the folks at JustRite, includes almost everything you'll need to make your own 1-, 2-, or 3-letter monograms: a large alphabet set, two medium alphabet sets, three elegant borders, and a wooden stamp mount. The only things you'll need to add are ink and paper!
