Silhouette Challenge

Happy Saturday and welcome to another fun weekly challenge here, at Our Creative Corner! Marcy Kaminski here, from En Papillote Arts, and I am so excited to be your hostess again this week!

First, I would like to extend a warm thank you to everyone who participated in last week's challenge, "Masking for Halloween." The wonderful entries were really creative and simply amazing!

And have you seen our newest Top Talent Thursday yet? Isn't Evelyn fabulous? A DOUBLE winner! Her cards are chock full of eye candy and I really enjoyed learning more about her thought process through her interesting interview. Please keep a close watch on the coming Top Talent Thursday and see who will be featured under our spotlight.

For this challenge, you are to use either a silhouette stamp or a cut-out one on your project. I have included three definitions of what a silhouette is.
1. A two-dimensional representation of the outline of an object, as a cutout or configurational drawing, uniformly filled in with black, especially a black-paper, miniature cutout of the outlines of a famous person's face.
2. The outline or general shape of something: the slim silhouette of a skyscraper.
3. A dark image outlined against a lighter background.

Here are samples from our design team for your inspiration.
Happy crafting!
