Hello and welcome to Our Creative Corner!! Thanks to all who played in last week's sketch challenge, your samples were beautiful!!
Before we start with this week's challenge, we need to announce the random winner of last week's sketch challenge for a $20 gift certificate to Jacksonbelle Embellishments. The winner is ~ Shannon Erskine ~ AKA: e3stamper!!! Congratulations Shannon!!! Please email us and we will get your goodies out to you!!! Thank you to all who play along, we really appreciate it!!
On with the challenge... Remember when you were little and your Mom would explain that you didn't need to buy her a gift and that she would rather you make it by hand???? Let's go with that idea for the Holidays this year and make something!!! We know you ALL have supplies to make a Holiday gift for someone! Let's put those neglected supplies to use! How about a monogrammed card set, a decorated bag, a gift tag or maybe you would rather make a decoration for your own home!!! There are no OCC police so really, anything goes!!!
Ready to be inspired??? Please join us in welcoming our honored guest this week ~ Lindsey Botkin from Jacksonbelle Embellishments!!! Here is Lindsey's beautiful creation ~
Want to play along? Upload your creation to your blog or gallery and leave us a link here in this post so we can see what you made! To be included in the random drawing for the prize package, please have your project linked here by Friday, October 31st by 12 noon. If you upload to Splitcoast, please include OCCC in the keywords. Here are the goodies you could win...
Check out what the OCC designers have created ~

All I can say is WOW! All of your projects are GOR-GEOUS!! I made a little Halloween treat holder (boxy-bag) for my Secret Boo Pal from WishRAK that fits the bill for your challenge, too! I also made her this cute little Witchy Recipe Holder and Recipe Card, that you can see here: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1104203?cat=500&ppuser=92483. And finally, I was inspired by a project on PaperCrafts to make this cute little card, here: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1104185?cat=500&ppuser=92483. As you can see, as far as I'm concerned, Halloween is a holiday, too!! Thanks for the chance to win!
